Help Wanted For Game Concept

Hello,
I am currently working on a game project that need help on..
I am only a concept artist and have NO 3D skill at all.
I am trying to make a team to help me out with it and I'm currently the only one working on it...
I've seen the talent and capability of the community and I think you guys are perfect for the games idea.
I have no means to pay you, (sadly, since I am only 14)but if you work with me on this, I really think we can make it into a serious concept .
